Be respectful of the admins and your fellow competitors.

If you have an issue with the group or a question that needs to be addressed, then send a note to the group. Please do not note individual admins.

This is a medieval era OCT and all trainers should adhere to the aesthetics of that setting. You have some leeway in regards to pokemon, but again, do your best to match the setting.

All competitive trainer apps will be restricted to three pokemon for the first round. You will be given the opportunity to add more pokemon to your team.

All artwork must be your own. Any signs of traced/eyeballed work will be removed, no questions asked.

Do not crop the competitive applications. Even if you don't plan on adding new pokemon to your team, we ask that you don't remove the additional 3 boxes. It makes it easier for the admins to tell at a glance which apps belong to NPCs or Trainers.

By the way,

All Guild are open once more!Congratulation folks you've managed to live through the cap off for the Rangers and Thieves guild!
Now what does this mean?
It mean's the guild's will never be capped off any more and will remain open until 1st January 2013!
Just remember these few things:

Movesets only fro BW/BW2 move pool, tutored, TMs and HMs but NO EGG MOVES OR DREAM WORLD MOVES

Read the FAQ before you ask questions, read it once, twice, THREE TIMES if you have too!

Only competitors need to do an introduction comic, which MUST be done by 1st January!

Read any journal that's posted FULLY before commenting!

Remember this is set during the medieval era of pokémon (12th century to 14th century / 1100-1300) but it does not have to be accurate! JUST MAKE IT BELIEVABLE!
But yeah, otherwise cap's are removed, go nuts guys.

As we judged, we noticed several common problems that were consistent with most of the entries.

Announcement about ExtensionHello, we've received some comments and notes about Extensions, and we have something planned if you continue to read:
One week before the deadline we will note the competitors and ask them if they wish to have an extension.
If we get enough people saying yes, we'll grant you access to an extension, but there's a catch.

You can only receive one ticket per round and there will be (roughly) 6-7 rounds in total for this competition. Each ticket will be worth one week, but the catch is, there are only three tickets available, thus only three extensions will be allowed during the competition.
Once all the tickets (3) have been used, you will not receive anymore extensions, so use them wisely.

Also please don't comment on this journal saying you would like an extension, as stated we will note the competitor's and ask if they wish to have an extension.
Also please note, this does not count for NPC events, sorry folks but no extensions

Good tidings and greetings to one and all! Yuletide is upon us and it’s that time of year to slaughter the livestock and pull out the fermented booze to celebrate a year gone by and to prepare ourselves for the next few months to come which may or may not bring famine and starvation, but don’t fret upon that for now, since now it’s time for gifts and celebration and parties!

So hang up your holly, ivy and mistletoe and get to decorate the town, and bring cheer to one and all! But that is not all for a festival has arrived to bring joy once more to the kingdom during these bleak times.

But for now, worry not, buy presents for loved ones and make feasts for your family, the servants can join in the festivity and join their masters to banquet with all!

Formal

This is an NPC event but competitors if they wish can join in on the fun too, each NPC faction has a different task they must fulfil. Below are stated the tasks.

Civilians = Show your character celebrating or preparing for Yuletide celebrations, be it decorating, cooking, hanging out with friends in a wintery setting, enjoying the festival from the bonfire, to bards, selling thing’s at the market or buying things, or even just exchanging of gifts!

Mages = Go and meet a fellow thief, somebody you don’t know and get to know them!

Thieves = Go and meet a fellow mage, somebody you don’t know and get to know them!

Rangers = Go and meet a fellow warrior, somebody you don’t know and get to know them!

Warriors = Go and meet a fellow ranger, somebody you don’t know and get to know them!

Rules and deadline

DEADLINE IS 1ST JANUARY 2013

1. Any format is allowed, comics, illustrations, animation, literature etc.
2. Mages/Thieves/Rangers/Warriors can meet their ally WHERE EVER THEY PLEASE. So long as it is in Unova.
3. Add your character application and anyone else's character applications to the entry or it won't be accept until you've done so!
4. No extensions
5. Submit to the correct folder which can be found here

Reward:

For each successfully completed event you shall receive a badge, there will be 5 badges in total to collect, but there’s a catch, there will ONLY be 5 events.

So if you want ALL of the badges, you must complete EVERY Event. If you miss an event you won’t get all 5 badges.
